The music business is hugely competitive, and we really value your business and customer loyalty. We are an independent retailer providing excellent products from many reputable manufacturers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our very best to make it right. We do offer a money back guarantee. Money back guarantee for unwanted merchandise will be provided as follows:

1. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition, and in original boxes with all packing materials. Contact us for return authorization.

2. Customer must pay for return shipping.

3. Refunds will be for purchase price minus our actual shipping costs.

4. There will be a 10% of purchase price restocking fee.

5. Refunds issued are for in stock items only.

6. Special orders will receive store credit only minus shipping costs.

Due to the nature of our small business, the high costs of shipping prevents us from providing full refunds. We will however make even exchanges on defective or damaged (rare and occasional) merchandise at no extra cost to you.  Defective or damaged merchandise claims will require you to send photos to us of issue(s) prior to return authorization, and must be done within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
